The application provides services to therapists and their patients, allowing them to manage their patients and use the features described on the TherapArea Site. This may include uploading and editing meditation files. By using the application and its services, you agree that any meditation files uploaded or edited by you may be used by the Site.

After a trial period, you must pay a monthly or annual fee to use the services. The application reserves the right to modify its fees at any time.

By using the application, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your patients. You grant the Site a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use any data or information you provide. The application will use reasonable efforts to protect the data and information you provide, but will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to or use of that data or information.

The application reserves the right to terminate your access to its services at any time for any reason, without notice.

The Site may change these Terms at any time, without notice to you. Your continued use of the application following any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Site with respect to your use of the Site and its services.
